During installation, we invite you to write this serial number on the cover page of your user manual so you can easily find it when needed.

Full One (1)‑Year Warranty
Your BANVILLE & CO adjustable base is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original owner.

During this period, BANVILLE & CO will repair or replace, at no cost, any part deemed defective. This warranty also covers authorized labor and transportation required for the repair or replacement.

Two (2)‑Year Warranty – Remote Control and Electronic Components
Electronic components, including the remote control, are covered by a full two‑year warranty on parts, labor, and authorized transportation from the date of purchase.

Five (5)‑Year Warranty – Electric Motors and Massage Motors
The electric motors and massage motors are covered by a full five‑year warranty, including parts, labor, and authorized transportation from the date of purchase.

Twenty‑Five (25)‑Year Warranty – Frame
The steel frame of your adjustable base is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of twenty‑five years from the date of purchase.

BANVILLE & CO reserves the right to replace any component with materials of equal or superior quality during repairs.

Parts replaced under warranty do not extend the duration of the original warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification of the product.

BANVILLE & CO cannot be held responsible for any other warranty offered by a third party.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
